Build A Bear Day
Kalee and Britenee enjoying a day out after school with just the three of us. They love it when it is just us. Kalee picked a rabbit and Britenee picked a bear from the many to choose from.
Great place for kids to play and just enjoy themselves. Britenee takes the time to bath and brush her new friend, Angel.
Kalee acts like a real pro with taking care of Princess.
Oh my, all the styles to pick from and not sure how to dress their new friends.

Visiting Gravesite/Let's Feed The Ducks
After we were finished at the Mall, we decided we were going to go feed the ducks which is a great pass time of ours. We stopped and picked up a box of the favorite crackers for the ducks and headed to my favorite place, the cemetery. It is so peaceful and such a relaxing place to be when a person has a lot on their mind. Upon entering the cemetery Bella already new where we were going but the two older girls wanted to know why we were here. I explained that this is where Mamaw's remains were buried and that we just love coming her and having a chat and feeding the ducks here. Kenzy and Morgan explained that they had never been to Mamaw's gravesite and they really wanted to see where it was.
When we got to the area the grave pillow that we had placed on Mamaw's and Uncle Norman's grave site was not upright. The girls readily offered to go place it right. I was not able to get out as there was way too much mud and I was sure that I would just sink into the mud and get stuck.
After their good deed was completed they were very quick to return back to the van to head toward the pond for feeding the ducks.
Day Trip to Fallen Timber Mall
A trip to the new (well new to me) Fallen Timber Mall in Maumee. Kenzy, Morgan and Bella didn't have school so we decided to hang out for the day. We had a great time having lunch together then just buzzing around. Here is Morgan doing what she does best posing for a picture.
Kenzy is getting so tall and growing so quickly. It was lots of fun just doing nothing but having fun.
Here we are getting ready to go into one of my weakest areas to resist. The GameStop store. This is like going into a candy store for me. The girls were all excited about going across the street to the Chocolate Factory but I had to get my fix in first with a new video game.
Just can't go anywhere without checking out the bathroom. The girls just loved it because the whole lobby area of the restroom was nothing but mirrors. It was a great day for just hanging out with special little ones in my life. Thanks for the good time.

Happy Birthday Heather
Today we celebrated Heather's 23rd birthday and had a great time all day. We started out with a wonderful breakfast at Bob Evans. Heather has always been one of those creative eaters and I am not sure what it was but whatever it was that she ordered left a lot to be desired for the picky kind of eater like me. Even the very sweet looking drink with lots of whipped cream and carmel dripping was too much for me. However, Heather enjoyed it so that is all that mattered. Later in the day everyone gathered to have dinner at the restaurant that Heather has been dying to go to Ahmed's Steak House. The food was wonderful and there was plenty of it.
See where the kids get it from? Heather and Demitrius doing what they do best sticking their tongues out at each other
Demitrius, Clyde, Denise and Isabella celebrate Heather's birthday with those big cheesy smiles.
An extremely rare picture of Heather and Devin each displaying what seems like very sincere smiles for each other. I guess seeing is believing and I snapped it just in time. Very nice "Sisterly Picture"
This is after we got home and did the birthday cake and gifts. Can you see the blue lips on Demitrius, Heather and Isabella? That is from picking at the blue frosting on the birthday cake.
The ending to a great day. Heather and I calling it an end to the evening. Happy Birthday Babe I love you.

Where Did All The Snow Go??
Remember all the neat icicles that were hanging here less then a week ago.
See there really is a table under all that snow that was there.
Still snow on it but as you can see the pool is much easier to see with the lack of snow. However it is in the forecast for 2-5" by the weekend. I sure wish that Mother Nature would make up her mind. The other day we had severe thunder storms and what we call Lake Ontario in the backyard from all the rain. There were many streets closed due to flooding and now more snow. What the heck is she thinking?
