Well, as it turned out it was a rather challenging venture to get to Kalahari as we had major snow storm that hit. There was a total of four vehicles that were on the way two were about half hour ahead of us. Heather and myself were one exit away from getting off the turnpike and Heather hit black ice and spun out of control. It was very fortunate that she did not make contact with any of the other vehicles on the road including a semi. She did however go bouncing off on two wheels into the ditch. Everyone in the car was ok and no one was hurt thank goodness. Originally they were going to try to dig the car out and go from there but there was a lot more damage to the car then we had originally seen as the tire was completely off and it wasn't going anywhere without a tow. We put everyone in my van and after the Highway Patrol was there and making sure that everything was ok I went on to get everyone delivered to Kalahari. Julius waited with the car until the tow driver got there almost a hour and half later (JP was freezing) and then the car was brought to Kalahari also. We got a tow back to Toledo for the car the next day.
More to come~~
